This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions between You and Running Kiddos LLC and addresses the collection and processing of data and use of cookies. Terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms of our Privacy Policy.
A-1. You understand and acknowledge that in connection with the Services, Running Kiddos LLC will collect data, including student/youth names, school name, class, grade, gender, and performance numbers, as well as school and organization information. By way of illustration, and not meant to be a complete listing, Running Kiddos LLC collects personal information, including the email addresses of: (a) coordinators; (b) teachers; and (c) visitors who contact Running Kiddos LLC via the "Need Help?" system to reply to emails ("Data"). Additionally, Running Kiddos LLC may use Your email address or other personal information to send You a newsletter (You may unsubscribe) or otherwise inform You about matters related to the website such as changes or new features.
A-2. Running Kiddos LLC will only collect Data reasonably necessary to provide Services.

B-2. Data will never be used in any way that shares identifying characteristics of students, coordinators, or schools/organizations. Only aggregated Data will be used in Running Kiddos LLC's marketing or other communications.
C-1. Running Kiddos LLC does not share with third parties Your personal information or Site use information collected by Running Kiddos LLC as You interact with the Site except: (a) as necessary in connection with support of the Site (such as third-party credit card processors); (b) as required by law; or (c) when deemed necessary by Running Kiddos LLC to enhance the services provided.
C-2. You understand that Running Kiddos LLC may rely on one or more subcontractors to perform the Services. Running Kiddos LLC will provide the names of its subcontractors to You under written request. All subcontractors will be required to acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

F-1. In providing the Services, Running Kiddos LLC employs a platform that encrypts Data while being transferred and at rest. Running Kiddos LLC agrees to implement commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.
F-2. In the event that Running Kiddos LLC has a reasonable belief or discovers that there has been an unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of Data, Running Kiddos LLC will promptly notify You and will use reasonable efforts to cooperate with You in the investigation of any such incident. In the event that the parties terminate their agreement for Services, upon Your written request, Running Kiddos LLC will, within 30 days of such request, (a) return to You Your Data, including any copies created by Running Kiddos LLC; or (b) certify in writing that Your Data has been destroyed such that it is shredded, erased, or otherwise modified so as to make it unreadable or indecipherable.
