Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like your Running Kiddos account and associated data to be permanently deleted, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to support@runningkiddos.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
• Our team will respond to confirm your request as soon as commercially possible.

What Gets Deleted

Upon verification, we will permanently delete the following personally identifiable information (PII) from our systems:

• Your name and email address
• Student names, grades, and class assignments
• Teacher and coordinator information
• Any other personal data tied to your account

Timeline

Deletion will be completed as soon as commercially possible after we verify your identity, typically within 30 days.
