Privacy, sign-in, and account help

Use this page for administrative questions, district review, privacy language, sign-in, billing, and support. It is not part of the classroom workflow.

Choose the intended sign-in method

The Login and Sign up screens support email/password, Google, and Microsoft. For an email/password account, select Forgot Password?, enter the account email, and select Send Reset Email. Google or Microsoft users should continue with the same provider instead.

Understand Student App submissions

When the optional Student App is enabled, it submits activity records and metrics. Exercise video is analyzed on the student’s device and is not stored by Running Kiddos.

Prepare for district review

Share the privacy policy and request additional documentation from support when required by your school or district.

Manage billing or ask for assistance

Administrators can open Settings → School Info → Manage Billing. For other account issues, email support@runningkiddos.com with the school name and affected screen. Do not include passwords.
